竹节参皂苷提取物对小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧作用的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察湖北恩施道地药材竹节参皂苷提取物对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧的作用。方法将小白鼠随机分为空白对照组(等容生理盐水)、复元丹胶囊阳性对照组(0.24g/kg),竹节参皂苷提取物组(1.2g/kg),连续灌胃给药7d后,进行抗疲劳实验及常压密闭耐缺氧实验。结果在小鼠抗疲劳试验中,与空白对照组比较,竹节参皂苷提取物能明显延长小鼠在水中负重游泳的存活时间,明显降低小鼠血尿素氮水平,显著提高小鼠负重游泳后肝糖原的含量(P<0.01);在常压密闭耐缺氧实验中,与空白对照组比较,竹节参皂苷提取物能明显延长小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<0.01)。结论湖北恩施道地药材竹节参皂苷提取物具有明显的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。 Objective To study the anti - fatigue and anti - hypoxia function of saponins extracts of Panax Japonicus in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into control group (equal volume 0.9% NaCl solution was given), FuYuanDan capsules group(0.24g/kg) and saponins extracts of Panax Japonieus group (1.2g/kg). Intragastric administration to mice continuously lasted 7 days, then normobarie hypoxia experiment, anti - fatigue swimming experiment were carried out. Results Compared with control group, the saponins extracts of Panax Japonieus group could significantly prolong the survival time in water, decrease the reserve of their blood urea nitrogen and improve hepatic glycogen in anti - fatigue test ( P 〈 0.01 ), prolong the survival time in normobarie hypoxia test( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Saponins extracts of Panax Japonicus has the effects of antifatigue and anti - hypoxia.
