摘要
开放存取的发展给图书馆信息资源建设带来了多方面的影响,包括缓解经费紧张、改变信息资源结构、改变信息资源获取和组织方式、使信息资源组织与保存面临挑战、拓展信息资源服务内容和方式、转变图书馆员职能和素质要求等方面,给图书馆带来机遇的同时也提出了更大的挑战。
The development of Open Access has brought many influences to the information resource development of libraries, such as relieving the shortage of funds, changing the structure of information resources, transforming ways of the acquisition and organization of information resources, facing challenges of the organization and the deposition of information resources, expending contents and ways of information resource services, converting functions and competency requirements of librarians, and so on. It has brought many opportunities to libraries, at the some time, has also brought more challenges.
