摘要
针对空间站长期驻留的航天员所面临的许多生活和健康问题及挑战进行研究。介绍了国际空间站航天员生活和健康保障方面所面临的挑战和所采用的措施方法,同时提出了中国载人航天空间站发展中对航天员生活和健康保障方面的建议。
With the coming of the ＂Space Age＂, the support of life and health for the astronauts plays an essential role in space station. The status on the physical and psychosocial health assurance method on the International space station are described and some suggestions on the astronaut life and health support system for our planning space station are proposed.
