新版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB 50500-2013)对工程价款调整做了更加详细的规定。针对这些规定,在工程变更综合单价确定三原则的基础上对工程中可能发生的变更类型进行了归类并逐一分析,归纳出已标价工程量清单中有适用于、只有类似于、没有适用或类似于变更工程综合单价3种情况下的综合单价计算方法,并提出项目特征描述不符、工程量清单缺项、工程量偏差、物价变化等条件下综合单价的确定方法,为承、发包双方签订工程合同、解决合同争议提供借鉴。

The latest version of pricing specification of bill of quantities on construction project （GB 5050（P--2013） gives more detailed provisions on engineering price adjustment. According to the provisions, the paper classifies and analyzes individually the alternation types likely to occur based on the three principles of determining comprehensive unit price, including calculation methods of comprehensive unit price during project alternation in the case of which appropriate, only similar , without appropriate or similar unit price is applied to alternated project and puts forward to a method for determining comprehensive unit price in the case of unconformable description on project characteristics, absence of bill of quantities, deviation of quantities and material price fluctuation.
