摘要
以PTT/毛混纺纱为基体,以苯胺为原料采用原位聚合法制备了PTT/毛/PANI复合导电纱,研究了反应液浓度对复合纱表面形貌及导电性能的影响关系,并用导电纱织制了针织物,研究了织物的抗电磁辐射性能。研究结果表明:随着反应液浓度的提高,纤维表面聚苯胺含量增加,赋予纱线一定的导电性能;以PTT/毛/PANI复合导电纱织制的织物具有一定的抗电磁辐射性能,且随着织物中PTT/毛/PANI复合导电纱含量的提高,织物的抗电磁辐射性能提高。
Based on PTT/wool yarns and aniline, PTT/wool/PANI conductive yarns were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The influence of the concentration of reaction liquid on the surface morphology and conductive properties of composite yarns was studied. The anti-electromagnetic radiation performance of the knitted fabrics which were produced by conductive yarns was also studied in this article. Results showed that : with the increase of the concentration of the reaction liquid, polyaniline content on the fiber surface increased, which endowed the yarns conductivity. The fabrics produced by PTT/wool/PANI composite conductive yarns had a certain resistance to electromagnetic radiation performance, and with the increase of PTT/wool/PANI composite conductive yarn, the resistance to electromagnetic radiation of the fabrics improved.
