高档精梳职业装面料抗静电优化工艺研究

摘要 通过试验拟定不同导电纤维、抗静电剂选用,优化高档精梳职业装面料生产工艺和设计方案,得出抗静电各项指标的最佳方案,满足职业装面料特殊的使用环境和使用周期长及对抗静电耐久性要求。试验结果表明:抗静电剂选用应注意对染色牢度的影响,优先选择对染色牢度影响小的抗静电剂;织物添加导电纤维后抗静电效果明显提高,考虑导电纤维的成本较高,一般添加0.5%~1.0%的导电纤维就有良好的抗静电效果,增加导电纤维用量,抗静电效果提高不明显且成本上升。 Optimizing the prDduction process and design trials of the fine worsted wool uniform fabrics, selecting different conductive fibers & anti-static stuff through orthogonal experiment, the paper summarizes the best selection & production process of the anti-static indicators, to meet the uniform fabrics' requirements on special environments, long cycle of use & antistatic durability. The experimental results show that, the selection of antistatic agent should pay attention to antistatic finishing effect on dyeing fastness, should make it a priority to choose antistatic agent which makes small effect on dyeing fastness. The antistatic effect is improved obviously after adding conductive fiber in fabric composition. Considering the high cost of conductive fiber, it can make a better antistatic effect with O. 5% - 1.0% conductive fiber in view of the experimental results; while increasing the amount of conductive fiber, the enhance of antistatic effect is not obvious but the cost increases a lot.
