微胶囊技术在毛织物染整加工中的应用

简单介绍了微胶囊的基本概念和制备方法,并且将微胶囊传统制备方法与新型制备方法进行了比较,重点综述了近年来微胶囊技术在毛织物染色、新型印花(静电印花、多点多色印花、染料微胶囊的非水系印花等)、功能整理以及一些特殊保健整理(防蛀整理、抗菌整理、防臭整理以及芳香整理)方面的研究应用情况,并且对微胶囊智能调温毛纺织品作了相关介绍。同时阐述了微胶囊技术存在的主要问题,论述了微胶囊技术在染整加工中的重要性以及应用前景。

Microcapsule is introduced from basic characteristics and preparation methods of mieroeapsule in this article and the microcapsule of traditional preparation method and novel preparation methods are compared. Then, the application of microcapsule technology in wool fabric dyeing , new printing （electrostatic printing, multipoint muhicolor printing, dye microcapsule nonaqueous printing etc） , functional finishing and some special care finishing （moth proof finishing, antibacterial, deodorant finishing and aromatic finishing）in recent years , are reviewed, and the microcapsule intelligent thermoregulation wool products introduced. At the same time, the main problems of microcapsule technology are described. In the end, the importance of microcapsule technology in dyeing and finishing, as well as application prospects are summarized.
