摘要
磨加工主动测量控制仪在机床磨削加工中得到广泛应用。为提高主动测量控制仪的智能化程度、测控精度及可操作性,在深入研究主动测量理论与应用的基础上,基于精密检测和控制技术,提出了一种新型磨加工主动测量控制仪。建立了基于工控主板的总线式模块化主动测量控制仪硬件系统,研究了在线测量过程数据处理关键技术,并基于组态软件开发平台实现了测量控制器完整的软件系统开发,有效地保证了新型主动测量控制仪的数据采集、处理和控制精度,实现了磨加工在线主动测量与控制功能。通过对新型主动测量控制仪进行实验与分析,验证了该主动测量控制仪的功能可行性。将该新型主动测量控制仪应用于实际磨削加工过程中,在智能化、显示直观性、操作便利性、测控精度等各方面取得了良好的效果。
Grinding active measurement instrument is widely used in grinding process. In order to improve the intelli- gence degree, measurement accuracy and operability of the active measurement instrument, the theory and application of active measurement technology were studied and analyzed, and a novel grinding active measurement instrument was developed on the basis of precision measurement and control technology. The hardware system of the active measure- ment instrument was designed on the basis of bus modularity mode of industrial personal computer motherboard, and the key data processing technologies in the online measurement process were studied. At the same time, the software control system of the measurement controller was also developed using the configuration software development plat- form, which effectively ensures the high speed data acquisition and high accuracy data processing and control of the new active measurement instrument. The active measurement and control function of the new active measurement in- strument was implemented. The experiment measurement and analysis of the active measurement instrument were car- ried out, and experiment results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the instrument. The new instrument has been used in practical grinding process, and achieves good results in terms of intelligence level, display intuitionistic char- acteristic, operability, and measurement and control precision
