前列腺原始神经外胚层瘤并肺转移一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者，20岁。因排尿困难1周于2013年3月2313入院。直肠指检可及前列腺肿物，不能触及上界，质韧，压痛（＋），中央沟消失，活动度差，指套无染血。血PSA11．01μg／L，fPSA1．19μg／L，乳酸脱氢酶483U／L，神经元特异性烯醇化酶67．6μg／L。
