摘要 目的分析血液分析仪XE5000检测血小板结果假性增高和假性降低的原因及纠正方法。方法对血小板直方图异常,IMI(未成熟细胞指数)图形异常,标本外观异常,根据不同原因采取重新采集血样复检;37℃水浴15 min;人工计数血小板;更改抗凝剂等措施进行血小板计数。结果在27 006人次血液分析结果中有169人次的血小板直方图异常、IMI(未成熟细胞指数)图形异常、标本外观异常,对这些样本进行相应的处理。发现25例患者血小板结果假性增高;85例患者血小板结果假性降低。结论通过相应的纠正方法,血液分析仪XE5000对特殊样本血小板计数偏差是可以避免的。 Objective To explore the causes and correction method of pseudo-increase and pseudo-decrease in platelet detection by hematology analyzer XES000. Methods In the cases of abnormal platelet histogram, abnormal graphics of immature cells index (IMI), and specimens of abnormal appearance, the blood samples were taken and rechecked for various reasons. The samples were taken with a 37 ℃ water bath for 15 minutes before counting, the platelet counts were calculated manually, and the types of anticoagulants may be changed. Results Among 27 006 samples, 169 cases were found of abnormal platelet histogram, abnormal graphics of IMI, and abnormal specimens appearance. These samples were processed and there were 25 cases of pseudo-increase and 85 cases of pseudo-decrease in platelet counts. Conclusions Through corresponding correcting methods, the platelet count deviation of special samples of hematology analyzer XES000 can be avoided.
