摘要
抗浮锚杆在建筑施工中的应用越来越广泛,但抗浮锚杆防水技术还没有相应的规范、标准以及经验可作参考。北京凯莱大酒店改扩建工程采用了"包裹防水卷材+浇灌密封材料"的做法,该法具有投入低、施工流程简单、缩短工期等优点,可为类似工程抗浮锚杆的防水施工提供参考。
The application of anti-floating anchor in building construction becomes more and more extensive, but there is no standards or experience can he used as references for its waterproofing technology. The method of “wrapping up waterproofing membrane ＋ grouting sealing materials” was used in extension projects of Beijing Kailai Grand Hotel, which could be the reference for similar waterproofing construction of anti-floating anchors. This method has advantges such as low input, simple construction process and short construction time, etc.
