工程塑料类套筒紧固件在单层卷材屋面系统中的选用

摘要 塑料套筒和螺钉组合在单层卷材屋面系统应用中与力学性能相关的失效模式有4种:塑料套筒松脱和拉伸断裂以及螺钉松脱和紧固件在卷材搭接处松脱。作者依据欧洲标准ETA 006分别从轴向荷载力和耐冲击性两个方面对塑料套筒紧固件进行了测试,供用户在选用塑料套筒时作为甄别产品质量的参考。 There are four failure models related with the mechanical properties of plastic sleeve and screw combination in a single ply membrane roofing system: pull-over,tensile breaking,pull-out and loose of the lap.According to the European standard ETA 006,the plastic sleeve fasteners were tested from two aspects of the axial loading and resistance to impact fracture in this article,for users in selection of a sleeve or discrimination of its quality the test results can be referenced.
