摘要
采用Brookfield锥板黏度计对自粘改性沥青防水卷材涂盖料的黏度进行了分析,讨论了不同剪切速率、温度对改性沥青涂盖料黏度的影响,并建立了黏-温方程。结果发现,改性沥青涂盖料表现出非牛顿流体的特性,黏度随剪切速率的增加而降低,随温度的升高而降低;其黏-温曲线符合阿伦尼乌斯方程。
The viscosity of coating for self-adhered modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was studied by Brookfield cone and plate viscometer. The influence of shearing rate and temperature on viscosity was discussed and viscosity-temperature equation was established. The results showed that the coating was non-Newtonian fluid and its viscosity reduced with the increase of the shearing rate and temperature, and the viscosity-temPerature equation of the coating was in accordance with Arrhenius equation.
