摘要
阐述了开展企业实验室检测能力验证试验的目的和作用,对单组分硅酮结构胶能力验证试验中影响到检测结果准确性的与人员和设备相关的因素进行了分析汇总,包括环境条件、基材清洁、测量设备、检测人员能力等,同时提出了提高实验室检测能力水平的措施。
This paper describes the purpose and function of laboratory capability verification and summarizes influencing factors of laboratory capability verification results for one-component structural silicone sealant associated with personnel and equipment, such as environmental conditions, cleanliness of base material surface, accuracy of equipment, capacity of testers, etc. The paper also points out suggestions to improve the laboratory testing level.
