摘要
采用立纤维玻璃棉条作为主要保温材料,上层复合硬质玻镁防火板,下层复合防潮铝箔贴面,制备了硬质玻璃棉(RFG)板。与普通平纤维产品相比,RFG板具有更高的抗压强度(≥60 kPa)、点荷载强度(≥700 N)和更低的容重(约70 kg/m3)。RFG板在单层屋面系统中获得广泛应用,施工时RFG板与压型钢板间空铺有PE膜隔汽。
Rigid fiber glass （RFG） board is prepared with fiber glass belt as main thermal insulation material, which was covered by rigid glass-magnesium fireproof board （upper level） and moisture proof Al-foil （lower level）. When compared with the common fiber glass board, RFG board has higher compressive intensity （t〉60 kPa）, point load strength （≥700 N）, and lower conservancy unit weight （about 70 kg/m^3）. When it is applied in single-ply roofing, PE vapor barrier should be set between RFG board and profiled steel sheet.
