温阳生精汤治疗少精子症临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of Spermacrasia with Wenyang Shengjing Decoction

本文使用同比随机设计的原理 ,对温阳生精汤进行了临床及实验研究。结果表明 :其对少精子症有非常显著疗效 ( P<0 .0 1) ;动物实验结果表明 :温阳生精汤具有明显的促进雄性小鼠副性器官发育的作用 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且可明显增加去势小鼠血浆睾酮含量 ( P<0 .0 1)

According to matched case control study, 120 patients with spermacrasia were divided into two groups. One was treated with Wenyang Shengjing Decoction; the other was treated with Jingui Shenqi tablet, a classic invigorating kidney medicine. The clinical result showed that the Wenynag Shengjing decoction could increase the numbers of sperm in the patients of spermacrasia significantly (P<0.01). The result of experiment in rat revealed that this medicine could facilitate maturity of epididymis of male rat (P<0.05), and increase the content of testosterone in plasma of castrated male rat significantly (P<0.01).
