摘要 为明确不同类型烟草秸秆的组分特点并为深度开发利用提供依据,以湖北省烤烟、白肋烟、晒烟、香料烟、马里兰烟秸秆为材料,分析了不同类型烟草秸秆的常规化学成分、矿质成分、氨基酸等组分的差异性。结果表明:各组分在不同类型烟草秸秆间存在较大的变异。白肋烟秸秆中两糖、烟碱、总氮含量最丰富,但C/N最低;烤烟秸秆中Ca、K、Mg、氨基酸各组分含量最为丰富;晒烟秸秆中氯、纤维素、C/N最高,Ca、Zn含量最低;香料烟秸秆中P、Zn、总氮含量最高,烟碱、氯、氨基酸各组分含量均最低;马里兰烟秸秆中有机碳含量最高,还原糖、总糖、K、B、Cu、Zn、纤维素含量最低。 To determine the composition characteristics of stalks of different tobaccos and provide a sound basis for intensive development and utilization of tobacco stalk, the routine chemical, mineral and amino acid portions in stalks of flue-cured, burley, sun-cured, oriental and Maryland tobacco growing in Hubei Province were analyzed and compared. The results showed that they differed obviously. The stalk of burley tobacco was richer in reduce sugar, total sugar and total nitrogen, but lower in C/N; the stalk of flue-cured tobacco was richer in Ca, K, Mg and amino acids; the stalk of sun-cured tobacco was richer in chlorine, cellulose and higher in C/N, but poorer in Ca and Zn; the stalk of oriental tobacco was richer in P, Zn and total nitrogen, but poorer in nicotine, chlorine, amino acids (except for NH3); the stalk of Maryland tobacco was richer in organic carbon, but poorer in reduce sugar, total sugar, K, B, Cu, Zn and cellulose.
