几种桑树叶面积测量方法及叶片大小与叶片质量的相关性分析 被引量:16

摘要 叶面积关系桑树的光合效率,是研究桑树品种的生长发育、产量形成和栽培特性的重要性状指标之一。运用叶面积仪测量法、剪纸称量法、系数法、计算机图像处理法对桑树叶面积进行测量,以叶面积仪测量法为标准,应用成对分析法进行测量方法间、测量指标间的相关性检验。结果表明,剪纸称量法、系数法、计算机图像处理法测得的叶面积数值与叶面积仪测量法测得的数据高度相关,4种方法均适用于桑树叶面积的测定,而叶面积仪测量法仅扫描叶片即可得出叶面积和叶长、叶宽等数据,具有简便、快速、准确的优点。桑树叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶长宽之和、叶长宽乘积与叶片质量之间均具有极显著相关性,经检验所得回归方程可靠性较高,表明采用叶面积仪测量法仅简单测量叶面积、叶长、叶宽数据即可估算叶片质量,或者依据叶片质量估算叶面积。 Leaf area is related to photosynthetic efficiency of mulberry. It is one of the important indexes featuring growth and development, yield formation and cultivation properties of mulberry varieties. In this paper, mulberry leaf area was measured by leaf area meter method, paper-cut weighing method, coefficient method and computer digital image pro- cessing method. Taking leaf area meter method as the standard, correlation tests were conducted between measure- ment methods and between measured items. The results indicated that leaf area values obtained by paper-cut weighing method, coefficient method and computer digital image processing method were highly correlated with that of leaf area meter method. These four methods were all suitable for measurement of mulberry leaf area. Meanwhile, leaf area meter method can display leaf area, leaf length, leaf width and other values merely through scanning the leaf, having the ad- vantages of simple, rapid and accurate measurement. The leaf weight of mulberry had extremely significant correlations with leaf area, leaf length, leaf width, sum of leaf length and width, and product of leaf length and width. The est- ablished regression equations had high reliability, indica- ting that leaf weight can be estimated according to meas- ured values of leaf area, leaf length and leaf width by leaf area meter method, or vice versa, leaf area can be esti- mated based on leaf weight.
