高效液相色谱法测定栀子浓缩颗粒中栀子苷含量

Determination of Geniposide in Zhizi Extracted Granule by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定了栀子浓缩颗粒中栀子苷的含量。以 C1 8化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,乙腈 -水 ( 15∶ 85 )为流动相 ,U V检测波长为 2 3 8nm进行测定。结果加样回收率为 99.2 7% ( n=6) ;RSD为 0 .67%。栀子苷在 0 .0 75～ 0 .3 75 μg范围内 ,进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系 ( γ=0 .9998) ,结果准确 ,重现性好。

The content determination of Geniposide of Zhizi extracted granule has been carried out by HPLC with C 18 chemical bonded silica gel as a solid phase, acetonitrile water (15∶85) as a mobile phase, and UV detection wave legth at 238 nm. The average recovery of the added index was 99.27% (n=6); RSD was 0.67%. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Geniposide and absorption area value in range of 0.075～0.375 μg (γ=0.999 8). The method was accurated and highly reproducible.
