全球分枝杆菌组学研究十年纵览:以结核分枝杆菌为例 被引量:3

A survey of Mycobacterium omics studies over a decade:M. tuberculosis as a case study

摘要 全球分枝杆菌组学研究取得了巨大进展,为进化、诊断、药靶等研究提供了基础。本文结合我们实验室工作从基因组、结构基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组、激酶组、免疫组、翻译后修饰等方面总结十余年来全球分枝杆菌多组学研究进展,对分枝杆菌生物学认识的深化以及未来研究重点进行展望。 Great strides of Mycobacterium multi-omics have been achieved by the global Mycobacterium consortium, which deepened the biology of mycobacterium and provided novel insights into the evolution, better diagnostic markers and drug targets. We extracted relevant data from publically available papers and database to define the progress of Mycobacterium omics over the last decade and envision further crucial directions.
