摘要
目的了解五年制临床医学专业四年级学生睡眠质量状况与日常压力感知程度,并对2者的关系进行相关性分析,为高校卫生教育工作者提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,从长沙市某大学五年制临床医学专业四年级学生中随机抽取8个班级,共223人作为调查对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及中文版压力感知量表(CPSS)进行调查分析。结果回收有效问卷206份,PSQI均分为(4.89±2.10),睡眠障碍发生率为27.2%;CPSS均分为(24.25±6.72),有45.6%的学生存在健康危险压力,量表总分、障碍发生率性别相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PSQI总分及CPSS总分之间呈正相关,在PSQI中日间功能障碍、主观睡眠质量、睡眠效率等3个因子可对CPSS产生影响。结论医学生学习生活面临的压力较大,睡眠障碍发生率高,且日常压力与睡眠障碍之间存在相互影响。
Objective To understand the relationship between sleep quality and perceived stres in medical students so as to provide the evidence for improving the health education. Methods A total of 206 medical students were assessed with PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and CPSS (Chinese Perceived Stress Scale). Results The average score of PSQI was (4.89 + 2.10), and 27.2% of all participants exhibited clinically relevant sleep disturbances. The average score of CPSS was (24.25 + 6.72), and the overall prevalence of health risk stress was 45.6%. There was a significant positive correlation between the PSQI score and the CPSS score. Conclusions Poor sleep quality and high perceived stress are common among medical students, and these two factors will set up a vicious circle. More attention should be paid to the medical student's sleep and stress status.
