摘要
目的观察推拿结合毫针速刺法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法 69例颈椎病患者给予推拿结合毫针速刺法治疗,疗程2周。结果 69例患者总有效率为100%;治疗前患者症状体征总积分为(21.79±4.93)分,治疗后为(2.32±1.68)分,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论推拿结合毫针速刺法治疗颈椎病疗效良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massage and rapid acupuncture therapies against cervical spondylosis. Methods Sixty-nine cases were treated by massage and rapid acupuncture therapies for two weeks. Results The overall effective rate was 100% ; the total score of symptoms and signs was （21.79±4.93） before treatment and （ 2.32 ± 1.68 ） after treatment, with a striking difference between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Massage and rapid acupuncture therapies have excellent effects on cervical spondylosis.
