Clinical analysis of the primary operation treatment for open global injury

目的探讨开放性眼球外伤一期手术治疗的技巧。方法回顾性分析83例开放性眼球外伤的伤口类型和一期手术处理方法。结果所有患者均顺利缝合眼球伤口，术中无二次损伤。结论开放性眼球外伤正确的一期处理，能有效地挽救患者的视功能，为后续治疗创造良好的条件。

Objective To discuss the techniques and key points of operation treatment for open global injury. Methods Eighty three eyes of 83 cases with open global injury were studied on the wound characteristics and methods of operation treatment, and the techniques and key points in emergency operation were summarized and analyzed. Results All patients＇ eyeball wounds were successfully sutured, without secondary injury during operation. Conclusion The correct emergency operation treatment for open global injury can effectively save the visual function of patients, to create favorable conditions for the follow-up treatment.
