白醋染色指导Barrett食管活检病理诊断的临床研究

摘要 Barrett食管（Barrett’s esophagus，BE）是指食管下段复层鳞状上皮被化生的柱状上皮所取代，可伴有肠上皮化生（intestinalmetaplasia，IM），是食管腺癌的癌前病变。目前使用碘液和美蓝染色等手段较易确定BE范围．但如何判断BE中是否存在IM及异型增生却存在一定的难度。有研究表明采用醋酸喷洒可提高BE肿瘤的检出率…。窄带成像术narrow．bandimaging．NBI）是一种新的内镜技术。可清晰显现黏膜表面结构和微血管形态，能提高BE白光内镜筛查及监测肠化生、异型增生和癌变的效率[2]。但NBI尚未在国内普及。本文探讨白醋染色指导活检在BE病理诊断中的意义。
