摘要
采用经处理的纺织废麻料与粉煤灰等原料进行混合搅拌,经浇注发气成型、预养切割、高温高压养护而制成高劈压比低收缩值蒸压加气混凝土砌块。当苎麻纤维添加量为1%时,制品的抗压强度提高了7.7%,劈裂强度提高了122.4%,收缩值降低了33.3%;当添加量为5%时,抗压强度达到最大值为25.39MPa;当添加量为15%时,抗冲击强度达到最大值为36.40kJ/m2,劈压比≥1/7。
High split-pressure ratio and low shrinkage autoclaved aerated concrete block was prepared by taking treated waste linen and fly ash as raw materials,with the process of mixing and stirring, pouring gas molding, pre-curing cutting and high temperature and high pressure curing. When ramie fiber dosage was 1%,the compressive strength of the obtained product increased by 7.7%,splitting tensile-compressive strength ratio increased by 122.4% ,and shrinkage value decreased by 33.3%:when the dosage was 5%,the compressive strength reached the maximum (25.39 MPa):when the dosage was 15%,the impact strength reached a maximum value of 36.40 kJ/m^2, the splitting tensile-compressive strength ratio≥ 1/7.
