摘要
薄层砌筑材料是指为提高墙体节能效率,减小加气混凝土、烧结多孔砖等新型墙体材料在使用时存在的大量微热桥效应而开发的一种新型砌筑材料,研究了乳胶粉掺量对薄层砌筑胶浆的塑形阶段性能、硬化阶段性能和微观性能的影响。结果表明:乳胶粉掺量对浆体湿密度和稠度影响较大,且在1%掺量时出现突变,乳胶粉掺量对胶浆失水率作用不明显;乳胶粉掺量对抗压、抗折强度影响较大,随着乳胶粉掺量的增大,粘结强度提高明显;通过XRD、SEM、FTIR测试分析发现,随乳胶粉掺量的变化,其在水中溶解时的均匀性和分散性也随之变化,形成的聚合物膜的性质也各有不同,从而影响胶浆性能。
The thin mortar is a new masonry material, developed to improve the energy-saving efficiency,and reduce the large amount of "thermal bridge" effects exist during using of aerated concrete,fired perforated bricks and other new wall materials. The effect of different dosage of latex powder on the properties of thin mortar was studied in this paper. These properties include ones in the liquid-stage the solid-stage. The microscopic view was also included. The results show that, the wet density and the consistence of thin mortar have irregular influences by different dosage of latex powder, saltation shows up in 1%,which also has little impact on ratio of water loss. The compressive strength and the flexural strength of thin mortar have irregular influences by different dosage latex powder, and the bond strength increase obviously with the increasing of the latex powder dosage. XRD,SEM and FTIR test results show that the uniformity and the dispersity of latex powder dissolved in the water is varying when the dosage of latex powder changed, and so is the polymer film. These all lead to the difference in the properties of thin mortar.
