摘要
我国许多城市的城市轨道交通当前面临诸如项目投资成本高、盈利能力弱(运营普遍亏损,需巨额财政补贴支撑)、公共交通分担率低、客流分布在时间和空间上严重不均衡以及高峰拥挤等诸多问题困扰,制约着其可持续发展。为解决这一问题,本文提出时间差别/分时定价策略,根据上海市城市轨道交通的具体情况并结合乘客行为与SP调查(意愿调查)方法对分时定价问题进行了初步研究,并给出了具体措施。
Urban Rail Transit in our many cities has many problems such as high cost of investment, weak profitability, low public transportation share ratio, spatial and temporal imbalance of passenger flow distribution and peak congestion which restrict its sustainable development. To solve these problems this paper research on urban rail transit's time differential pricing strategy based on passenger behavior and SP survey, and concludes some concrete measures according to Shanghai urban rail transit's case.
