境外DBA教育培养机制研究及启示 被引量:2

摘要 针对国外DBA培养机制的总体特点和课程、教学等培养特点进行探讨,提出以国际运作为标杆、以内外融合为基础、以创新联动为特色、以研究能力训练为导向等原则,建议应该强化研究方法类课程的设置与开发,将行动学习纳入DBA培养体系,鼓励采用双导师制进行分责协同指导,以及尽快将我国DBA专业学位设置提上议程。 The paper discusses the overall characteristics of cultivation mechanism of foreign DBA education and the characteristics of its curriculum and teaching. Some principles are put forward as follows: we should regard international operation as benchmarking, base on the internal and external integration, feature innovative linkage, and develop research- ability-oriented training. It is proposed that the curriculum and development of courses related to research methods should be strengthened, action learning should be put into the DBA training system, double tutorial system should be encouraged to guide participants cooperatively, and DBA professional degree should be addressed as soon as possible.
