我国职业教育校企合作机制研究

The research on university-enterprise cooperation mechanism of Chinese vocational colleges

校企合作是职业院校人才培养的天然模式。当前我国职业院校校企合作的难以推进严重影响了人才培养质量,成为制约我国当前职业教育发展的"瓶颈"。政府主导缺失与学校因技术落后导致的培养质量低下是校企合作难以深入的两大根本因素。借鉴国际先进经验,加强政府主导与统筹、加强教育立法、提升学校技术与培养品质,构建适合我国国情的校企合作机制是突破瓶颈的主要途径与方法。

University-enterprise cooperation is the natural talents training mode in the vocational colleges. However it is difficult to promote in our vocational colleges, which affect the quality of talents training seriously and become a development ＂bottleneck＂ of the current vocational education. Lack of government guiding and backward technology causes the low quality of talents training are essential factors. Using international experiences for reference, strengthening government guiding and coordination, strengthening education legislation, improve school technology and training quality, and constructing suitable university-enterprise cooperation mechanism are the main approach to break the current ＂bottleneck＂.
