摘要
目的研究藏药长花党参地上部分的化学成分。方法采用95%乙醇浸泡药材制备总浸膏,然后通过硅胶柱层析、大孔树脂柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、高效液相制备色谱等多种分离方法对其化学成分进行分离纯化,最后根据波谱数据和薄层分析方法确定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为α-菠甾醇(1);β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(2);1,3-二亚油酸甘油酯(3);对苯二甲酸二丁酯(4);亚油酸(5);木犀草素(6);木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7);咖啡酸(8);3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(9);木犀草素-7-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷(10);紫丁香苷(11);党参炔苷(12)。结论化合物1,3,4,7,8,9,10,11,12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents of Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall. var. mollis (Chipp) L. T. Shen. Meth- ods 95% ethanol aqueous extracts were separated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. The structures were eluci- dated on the basis of spectral analysis and TLC. Results Twelve compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as α - spinasterol ( 1 ), β - amyrin acetate (2), 1,3 - linolein - 2 - olein (3), dibutyl terephthalate (4) , linoleic acid (5), luteo- lin (6), luteolin - 7 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside (7), caffeic acid ( 8 ), 3 - O - caffeoylquinic acid (9), luteolin - 7 - O -β - D - gentiobioside ( 10), trans - syringin ( 11 ), lobetyolin ( 12 ). Conclusion Compounds 1,3,4,7,8,9,10,11,12 were isola- ted from this plant for the first time. Key words: Codonopsis ; Chemical constituent
