古钩藤水提液对小鼠血脂影响相关药理实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究古钩藤水提液对高脂模型小鼠血脂的影响。方法采用水提法制备古钩藤水提液。取60只小鼠随机分成空白对照组,高脂模型组,古钩藤水提液高、中、低剂量组和辛伐他汀阳性对照组。除空白对照组外,其他组灌服脂肪乳剂建立高血脂症模型,造模5天后,上午对空白对照组和高脂模型组给予等体积的生理盐水,阳性对照组给予辛伐他汀,古钩藤水提液按30,15,7.5g/kg剂量灌胃给药,下午除空白对照组外,其他组均灌服脂肪乳剂,连续灌胃10天后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果古钩藤水提液各组与高脂模型组比较:古钩藤水提液各组均能降低高脂血症小鼠的TC、TG(P<0.01);并能显著升高HDL-C(P<0.01)。结论古钩藤水提液具有调节血脂的作用。 Objective To study the effect of aquatic extractant from Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. on the fat lipids of mice. Methods Nanning 60 mice were obtached and then randomly divided into control group, model group, aquatic extractant from Cryptolepis buchananii, medium and low dose group, and positive group. Except to the control group, the other groups were fed hyperlipidemia fat emulsion to be the modeling, five days later, the morning of the blank control group and model group were an equal volume of saline, positive control group received simvastain, water extract of Cryptolepis buchananii by 30, 15 ,7.5g/kg dose administered intragastricauy, in the afternoon, other than the control group, other groups were fed with fat emulsion, ig 10 d, the determination of serum total cholesterol ( TC), triglycerides ( TG), high - density lipoprotein cholesterol gall ( HDL - C). Results water extract of Cryptolepis buchananii model of each group compared with high lipid : water extract of Cryptolepis bucha- nanii in each group could decrease the TC, TG, (P 〈0.01 ) and can significantly increased HDL - C (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Water extract of Cryptolepis buchananii could regulate the blood lipid particles.
