心律平合并安悸散治疗室性早搏临床观察

The chinical observe of propafenone on ventricular premature beats with AnJi powder

目的 :观察心律平合并安悸散治疗室性早搏的临床效果。方法 :治疗组口服心律平 0 .1g/次 ,3次 /日 ,加用安悸散 5粒 /次 ,3次 /日。与单纯口服心律平 (0 .15 g/次 ,3次 /日 )组相对照。 2周为 1疗程 ,连用 2疗程。每周复查心电图 1次 ,每 2周复查动态心电图 1次。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 95 % ,对照组总有效率为 85 % ,两组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :心律平与安悸散合用能增强抗室性早搏的疗效。

Objective:: It is to observe the clinical effect of propafenone on ventricular premature beats with AnJi powder.Methods: The cure group administrate propafenone 0.1g with AnJi powder five grains a time on po, there time everyday, and compared it with administrate propafenone only in po (0.15g a time). Two weeks as one course of treatment, We observed continuously two weeds. Results: The total efficiency rate of the cure group is 95%, and that of the compare group is 85%, two groups has significance diference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Administrating propafenone with AnJi powder can strengthen the of antiventricular premature beats.\;
