区域产业转移粘性影响因素的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Factors that Impact the Industrial Transfer Cohesion

通过在泛长三角地区实地调查所获得的微观数据,运用二元选择模型中的probit模型对产业转移粘性的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,从区位特征因素来看,当地是否拥有转移企业需要的原材料、土地可获得性及成本优势、劳动力数量等是影响产业转移的重要因素;从集聚效应因素来看,当地是否拥有成熟的产业链、是否拥有产业集群、是否有较大的市场等对企业做出转移决策有较大的影响;从区域政策因素来看,税收优惠、财政补贴增加了地区对企业的吸引力。我们发现所有显著因素中,集聚效应中对产业粘性的边际效应最大,集聚效应在产业粘性中起主导作用。

This paper empiricaUy studies the factors that impact the industrial transfer cohesion with the pro-bit model in the binary choice model. The study is based on the survey in the demonstration area of Pan Yangtze river delta region. The results show that from factors of the regional characteristics, whether locally owned raw materials that transfer companies needed, land availability and cost advantage, the amount of la- hot forces etc. were important factors that affect industry transfer; from factors of accumulative affect, whether locally owned mature industrial chain, industrial cluster, a larger market etc. had a great influence for enterprises to make trausfer decisions; from factors of regional policies, the presence of policies such as tax incentives and financial subsidies, increased the attraction to enterprises for the area; from comprehen- sive consideration of three factors： regional characteristics, accumulative effect, regional policies, we found that among all the significant factors, factors of accumulative effect produced the largest marginal effect to in-dustrial cohesion, that was to say, among all the factors that affect the produce of industrial cohesion, accu-mulative effect vlaved a dominant role.
