四川省工业化路径解析

Analysis of Industrial Development Path in Sichuan Province

工业化发展阶段的判定是制定地区工业化发展战略、选择工业化发展路径的重要依据。建国以来,四川省的工业发展主要经历了三线建设、改革开放和西部大开发等三个重要时期。但是,在面临全国经济结构调整重大机遇之时,四川工业化发展路在何方?本文首先采用定量分析方法,运用工业化进程综合判断指数体系,对四川省工业化发展阶段进行综合判断;在此基础上,采用定性分析方法,深入分析目前四川省加快工业化进程、实施结构调整所面临的诸多困境,科学指出四川工业化发展要以产业为支撑、以科技为动力、以制度为保障,走出一条改造升级传统产业和积极培育新兴产业并重的结构调整之路,工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化相结合的"四化同步"之路。

Judging the developalent level of industrialization is an important criterion to initiate regional in-dustrial development strategy and select industrial development path. Since the founding of P. R. C., in-dustrial developament in Sichuan has undergone three important periods, i. e. military construction, opening and reform, and western development. However, under the circumstance of national economic structure ad-justment, what is the direction for Sichuan hdustrial development？ This paper first uses quantitative method to analyze the development level of industrial development in Sichuan. Then, it uses qualitative method to analyze the problems facing Sichuan currently. It is proposed that industrial development in Sichuan must emphasize on upgrading traditional industries and actively cultivating emergent industries, based on indus-tries, driven by technology, guaranteed by institution, combining industrialization, urbanization, informatiza-fion and agricultural modernization.
