With the function of mobile device becoming similar and increasing competition between user interface, western countries have tried some ways to provide protection for user interface and accumulated a lot of useful experience. In China, it is necessary to consider the practice of the information industry, follow the principle of copyright law and balance such exclusive right and the development of the industry to provide proper protection for user interface in the framework of copyright law.
