我国知识产权非政府组织发展探析

Review and Analysis on the Development of Intellectual Property NGO in China

自20世纪80年代以来,知识产权非政府组织已逐步发展成为我国知识产权舞台上举足轻重的"第三种力量"。目前,学术界对非政府组织的理论研究较多,但对知识产权非政府组织的研究非常少。系统地观察和分析当前知识产权非政府组织的特征、分类,在知识产权事业中发挥的作用以及面临的问题,在此基础上探索性地提出促进我国知识产权非政府组织发展的路径。

Since 1980s, intellectual property NGOs have gradually evolved into a pivotal ＂＇third torce- m China＇s intellectual property field. At present, the theories of NGOs are extensively studied, but the intellectual property NGOs are scarcely touched. The article provides a systemic insight into the current features and categories of intellectual property NGO, its role in China＇s intellectual property development, as well as the problems faced, and inventively proposes a strategy to promote the development of China＇s intellectual property NGO.
