摘要
采用物理方法,将纳米银/聚氨酯杂化材料(nmAg@PU)与具有一定强度的普通聚醚型聚氨酯(PEU)混合制备了新型纳米银/聚氨酯复合材料(nmAg/APU/PEU)。通过红外(FT-IR)、紫外(UV-Vis)、热分析(TGA)、透射电镜(TEM)及差热分析(DSC)对材料进行了表征。结果表明,该复合材料纳米银能够稳定存在,并且未发生明显的团聚,同时与具有高强度的PEU相比,该纳米银/聚氨酯复合材料与PEU的微相分离程度差别不大,该材料有望应用于生物医学材料等领域。
Novel composites with excellent mechanical properties were prepared by polyether polyurethane (PEU) and silver nanoparticles/polyurethane (nmAg@ PU ). The composites were investigated through Fourier Transform Infared Spectroscope( FTIR), UV-vis Spectrum, Thermal Gravity Analysis (TGA),Transmission Elec- tron Microscopy(TEM) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC). The results indicated that the composites had good thermostability and silver nanoparticles was attached covalently on the composites without obvious agglomera- tion. In addition, the degree of microphase separation of the composites had little difference with PEU. In summa- ry, the material had the potential applied to the field of biomedical materials.
