改性凹凸棒土催化淀粉的液化处理工艺及其产物在聚氨酯软泡合成中的应用

摘要 以改性凹凸棒土为催化剂的条件下,讨论了反应时间、反应温度、液化试剂、液固比等因素对淀粉液化反应的影响。以液化产物为部分原料制备聚氨酯软泡,讨论了淀粉液化物不同比例时对聚氨酯软泡性能的影响。结果表明,最佳淀粉液化条件:液化时间为120 min,主液化剂与辅助液化剂的比例为2∶1,凹凸棒土质量分数为2.0%,液固比为6∶1,温度为150℃。用液化产物制备聚氨酯软泡性能拉伸强度最高可达26.7 MPa,断裂强度71.9 kN/m,屈服强度80.4 kN/m。 The effects of time, liquefier, temperature, liquid-solid ratio on starch liquefaction reaction were discussed using the modifier attapulgite as catalyst. The polyurethane flexible foams were prepared by the liquefied product as one of the raw materials. The effects of the starch liquefaction with different proportions on performance of the polyurethane flexible foams were discussed. The results showed the optimum condition as follow, liquefaction time was 120 min, liquefier proportion was 2: 1, attapulgite mass fraction was 2. 0% , liquid-solid ratio was 6: 1, temperature was 150 ℃. The tensile strength, fracture strength, yeild strength of polyurethane flexible foams which was prepared by the liquefied product was 26. 7 MPa, 71.9 kN/m, 80. 4 kN/m, respectively.
