聚氨酯/凹凸棒土纳米复合材料的热稳定性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用四氢呋喃均聚醚(PTMG)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为原料,将不同用量的凹凸棒土通过原位聚合法制备了聚氨酯(PU)/凹凸棒土(AT)纳米复合材料。采用FT-IR、TG、拉伸试验对聚氨酯/凹凸棒土纳米复合材料进行表征和测试。结果表明,复合材料的热稳定性、力学性能得到提高。将纯PU和AT质量分数为2%的复合材料分别置于100℃烘箱中,老化72 h进行拉伸测试后发现,复合材料的耐热空气老化性能得到提高。 Polyurethane/Attapulgite nanocomposites were synthesized with attapulgite, polytetramethylene ether glycol ( PTMG), 2,4-toluene diisocyanate ( TDI), 3,3 '-dichloro-4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane (MOCA) by in-situ polymerization. The mechanical properties, microstructure and thermal stability of polyurethane/attapulgite nanocom- posites were studied through FHR, TG and tensile tests. The results showed that the thermal stability and mechanical properties of composites were increased. When the content of attapulgite was 2%, the pure PU and composites putted in the drying oven of 100 ~C by the 72 h of accelerated aging, the ageing-resistant performance was improved.
