摘要
研究了用强磁选法从高铁铝土矿中除铁,考察了磨矿细度、磁场强度、给矿时间、给矿浓度对铝土矿磁选的影响。结果表明:磨矿细度显著影响Al2O3回收率,而磁场强度对Fe2O3脱除率影响很大;在磁场强度1.4T、磨矿细度-0.043mm占80%、给矿时间6s、给矿浓度5∶1条件下,Fe2O3脱除率为76.93%,Al2O3回收率为84.03%;磁选后,铝土矿的溶出性能更好。
Removing of iron from high ferrous bauxite by magnetic separation was studied. The effects of several factors on magnetic separation were examined. The experimental results show that grinding fineness significantly influences the recovery rate of Al2O3, magnetic flux significant influences the removal rate of Fe2O3. The removal rate of Fe203 is 76.93% and recovery rate of Al2O3 is 84.03% under the best conditions of grinding fineness of -0. T,feeding time of 6 s and feeding concentration of 5 after magnetic separation. 043 mm accounting for 80 %, magnetic flux of 1.4 : 1. The dissolution property of bauxite is better
