摘要
陕西某钒矿石中含有大量碳酸盐,在提取钒之前需通过浮选去除。试验采用丁基黄药浮选硫化矿物,采用新型捕收剂GH浮选碳酸盐,在磨矿细度-200目占91%、丁基黄药用量50g/t、2#油用量40g/t、GH用量400g/t、水玻璃用量2kg/t条件下,碳酸盐去除率在83%以上,钒精矿回收率达83.76%,V2O5品位为1.158%。
The carbonate in a low-grade vanadium ore in shaanxi need to be removed. In the experiments,butyl xanthate was used to separate sulphide,new collector (GH) was used to separate carbonate. Under the conditions of ore granularity of --200 mesh accounting for 91%, butyl xanthate usage of 50 g/t,GH usage of 400 g/t,2# oil usage of 40 g/t,and sodium silicate usage of 2 kg/t, removal rate of carbonate was over 83%, recovery rate of vanadium concentrate was over 83.76% in which grade of V2O5 was 1. 158%.
