湿法冶金用电解槽聚合物混凝土的配方研究

摘要 整体浇铸聚合物混凝土电解槽是湿法冶炼工艺中的一种新型设备,以耐酸乙烯基树脂、连续级配的耐酸石英砂骨料为原料,具有整体耐腐蚀、整体绝缘、强度高、整体抗渗性好、电能损耗小、生产效率高等特点。通过3次正交试验,以抗折强度和抗压强度为参考指标,筛选出满足湿法冶炼电解槽要求的聚合物混凝土最佳配方为树脂(17份)骨料A(12份)骨料B(14份)骨料C(23.5份)细硅砂(17.8份)硅微粉(5份)填料(10份)增强料(0.1份)偶联剂(0.6份),其抗折强度达到22MPa,抗压强度达到114MPa,达到甚至超出国外水平。 The integrally-casting electrolytic cell made by polymer concrete material is new equipment which is used in non-ferrous hydrometallurgical processes. It is made of vinyl resins with good acid resistant performance and grading quartz sand aggregates, and has perfect characteristics, such as the overall anticorrosion, the overall insulation, high intensity, good permeability, lower power loss and high production efficiency. The optimum mixing ratio of polymer concrete for electrolytic cell used in hydrometallurgy is studied by three orthogonal tests,with the compressive strength and flexural strength as the reference index. The optimum mixing ratio of polymer concrete is resin(17),aggregate A(12),aggregate B(14), aggregate C(23.5 ), fine silica sand ( 17. 8), micro silicon powder ( 5 ), filler ( 10 ), reinforcer (0. 1 ) and coupling agent(0.6),which achieved the optimum flexural strength 22 MPa and compressive strength 114 MPa. The mechanical properties reaches or exceedes the foreign advanced level.
