新型农村社区秸秆资源利用模式研究——基于“三化”协调发展背景下

中原经济区发展要走出一条不以牺牲农业、粮食和生态环境为代价的新型工业化、新型城镇化和新型农业现代化协调发展的道路,要实现农业现代化,促进三化协调,必须要解决农业生产中实际存在的问题。为此,通过对我国秸秆资源利用现状和发展前景以及现有的模式进行了分析,提出了新型农村社区秸秆资源利用模式,认为新型农村社区将在秸秆综合利用方面发挥关键作用。在综合多种秸秆资源化利用方式的基础上,根据新型农村社区发展的需要,建立一套集秸秆储运、秸秆综合利用产业链完备、功能齐全的新型农村建设体系,将为秸秆综合利用率提高以及产业化发展提供借鉴。

The development of the central plains economic zone will get out of the road not at the expense of the agriculture and food,and the ecological environment at the expense of new industrialization,new urbanization and the coordinated development of new agricultural modernization.To achieve agricultural modernization promote three of coordination,must solve the actual problems in the agricultural production.Based on the analysis of straw resources utilization status and development prospects,this article think that the new type of rural communities will play a key role in the straw utilization.On the basis of the integrated a variety of straw resource utilization options,according to the needs of the new type of rural community development,the establishment of a set of storage and transportation of straw utilization complete industrial chain,fully functional new rural construction system,will provide straw comprehensive utilization improve industrial development to provide a reference.
