摘要
柠条在我国"三北"地区防沙固沙、生态作用巨大,枝条成型加工是营养价值很高的颗粒饲料,也可加工利用转化为燃烧性能很好的成型燃料,因此对其颗粒成型机理的研究具有实际意义。为此,针对柠条颗粒饲料与燃料的成型加工条件、目标要求、加工装备设计参数和加工过程等影响颗粒成型的因素进行了比较分析研究,主要考虑了影响柠条颗粒成型效果的主因素—原料初始状态、含水率、粒度、加工喂入量、成型压力、模盘形式以及物料温度等,为设计一种既可加工柠条颗粒饲料,又可加工柠条成型燃料的装备提供参考。
Caragana is a protective screening of the three north areas in our country.IT has huge ecological functions.Pellet-forming of caragana is a kind of pellet feed which have a high nutritional value and a kind of pellet fuel which has the very good combustion performance.So,research to the grain forming mechanism has practical significance.This paper makes a comparative analysis research on the influencing factors for the pellet feed and briquettes fuel of caragana,such as the moulding process conditions,aims and demands,the design parameters of processing equipment and course of working.We consider the main influence caragana particle forming effect of main factors,which include the savagery of raw material,moisture content,particle size,feed rates,forming pressure,die plate form and temperature of material.This article provides a reference to design a kind of equipment which can process caragana pellet feed and briquettes fuel.
