大米水冷却器设计与试验

摘要 为了解决大米抛光前风冷降温工艺过程中产生裂纹米的问题,设计了一套用于大米抛光前水冷却降温设备,并对换热管、分粮板等部件结构进行了设计,研制了样机,进行了性能试验。性能试验结果表明,该系统能够实现抛光前高温大米水冷却降温,大米在适宜碾米的含水率(15%~16%)条件下,经水冷却降温后抛光的整精米率可较风冷却降温提高7%~16%,各项指标均达到了设计要求。 In order to solve the problem that the crackle rice is produced in the technological process of air cooling before rice polishing,a set of equipment is designed for water cooling before rice polishing.Meanwhile,the component structure is also designed,including the heat exchange tube and the scatter rice umbrella etc.The prototype machine is developed and the performance tests have been carried out.The performance test result shows that this system can realize the water cooling of the high-temperature rice before polishing.The head rice rate of cooling rice with water is 7 to 16 percentage higher than that with air when the moisture content of the brown rice is 15%~16%.All indexes meet the design requirements.
