摘要
铁炭微电解处理沼液能够有效降低COD和氨氮,提高沼液可生化性。试验采用铁炭微电解对沼液进行预处理,通过单因素试验确定的最佳条件:曝气量为3L/min,初始pH值为4,铁炭体积比为1∶1,HRT为2.5h,COD和氨氮最高的去除率可达到56.86%,32.31%。通过对正交试验结果进行优化分析可知最佳试验条件:曝气量为3L/min,初始pH值为4,铁炭体积比为2∶1,HRT为2.5h。
The micro-electrolysis with iron-carbon could effectively reduce COD and ammonia of the biogas slurry,improve the biodegradability.The micro-electrolysis with iron-carbon was used to pretreat the biogas slurry,through the single factor experiment to determine the optimal conditions were as follows: aeration rate of 3L/min,initial pH value of 4,iron-carbon volume ration of 1:1,HRT of 2.5h.The highest removal rate of COD and ammonia were 56.86% and 32.31%.The optimization analysis of experimental conditions the optimal result of orthogonal experimental results were aeration rate of 3L/min,initial pH value of 4,iron-carbon volume ration of 2:1,HRT of 2.5h.
