摘要
本研究把灯具在寿命周期获得单位光能输出所使用的费用定义为该灯具的"光成本"。"光成本"是一种综合评价电光源照明产品在寿命周期内的成本费用与光能输出效果之间关系的客观价值指标,实现从光源的输出光能、寿命和成本三个维度来综合考察灯具的品质和价值。运用"光成本"概念对多种灯具分析,100W LED结温Ts=55℃灯具综合能效指标高于高压钠灯19.2倍,金属卤化物灯21~45倍。在相同的光效情况下,1只LED(Ts=55℃)灯相当于2只LED(Ts=85℃)的灯的使用寿命周期,相当于3只LED(Ts=105℃)的灯的使用寿命周期。在相同的光能输出情况下,LED(Ts=55℃)的光成本最低,与高压钠灯和金卤灯相比可节省2.4~3.4倍的光成本。通过上述"光成本"分析,不以单纯降低制造成本为目的,通过延长LED照明产品的使用寿命同样可以获得更好的经济效果,长寿命方案是LED照明产业发展的根本和新途径。LED照明长寿命才是高品质,长寿命就是低成本。
In this study, the cost of unit light output in their life cycle is defined as the " Light cost". "Light cost" is an objective value which comprehensively evaluates the relationship between cost and light output of a lighting products in its life cycle. The light output, the life and the cost are three dimensions to be considered for evaluating quality and value of a luminaire. Through the analysis on " Light cost" performances of various lamps, luminaire comprehensive energy efficiency index of 100 W LED with junction temperature (Ts) 55℃ is 19. 2 times higher than that of the high pressure sodium, and 21-45 times than that of metal halide lamps. Under the same light efficiency, life cycle of LED lamp (Ts =55℃ ) is twice as much that of LED lamps (Ts =85℃ ) and is treble that of LED lamps (Ts = 105℃ ). Under the same light output, light costs of LED (Ts - 55℃) is the lowest and it can save 2. 4-3. 4 times energy comparing with that of the high-pressure sodium and metal halide light. Through the above analysis on "Light cost" , good economic benefit can be obtained not by simply reduce manufacturing costs, but by extending the service life of LED lighting products. Prolong lamp-life is fundamental and new ways for the development of LED lighting industry. Therefore long-life LED lighting is high-quality and low cost.
