On how to Optimize the Relationship between cadres and masses in rural areas in a Harmonious Society

构建农村干群和谐关系意义重大。但目前仍存在多种原因使农村干群矛盾频出。构建和谐的干群关系应从如下方面着手:发展农村经济,为构建新型农村干群关系提供动力保障;加强基层党组织建设,为构建新型农村干群关系提供政治保障;建设高素质的基层管理队伍,为构建新型农村干群关系提供干部保障;提升农民综合素质,为构建新型农村干群关系提供主体保障;加大支农惠农的政策力度,为构建新型农村干群关系提供制度保障等。

The optimization of cadre relationship in rural area has great significance for building a harmonious society.This paper based on the scientific analysis of the causes of conflicts between cadres and masses in rural areas in the new era,and raised the following optimization measures:to center on economy development to provide the impetus for the optimization;to strengthen the grass-roots party organizations in order to provide political protection for the optimization;to construct a high-quality grass-roots management team to provide cadres protection;to enhance the overall quality of farmers to provide subject protection;to strengthen policy support and benefit for agriculture to provide the system protection.
