To Discuss the Culture Competencein the Universities

大学使命的价值取向在于文化成人。但是,目前大学文化能力式微导致的精神危机严重存在。加强大学文化能力的培育可以从两个方面着手:一是强化大学的文化自觉意识,二是加强大学五种文化能力,即创造时代先进文化的能力、引领民族主流文化的能力、主导社会核心价值的能力、培育思想文化精英的能力、增进世界文化交融的能力的建设。

the value orientation of universities' mission is to educate students with culture competence,however,spiritual crisis exists badly at present in the universities since cultural competence decreases.The following two aspects could be embarked to strengthen the cultivation of culture competence in the universities: one is to strengthen the self-consciousness of culture,the other is to strengthen the construction of the five kinds of culture competence,scilicet,are the competences to create the advanced age culture,to lead the national mainstream culture,to dominate the social core value,to cultivate the thought and culture elites,to promote the global cultural blending.
