自主性拓展学习在病理生理学教学中的应用

摘要 医学知识是不断更新和发展的,医学生需要具有发现问题、解决问题的能力,包括自主性学习能力和超越课本的拓展学习能力。缺氧和休克是病理生理学中两个重要的基本病理过程,但仅乏氧性缺氧和失血性休克被详细讨论,而其他类型的缺氧和休克也值得深入探讨。文章从缺氧和休克入手,探讨了自主性拓展学习在病理生理学教学工作中的实施方案,讨论了该教学法的优势,并针对不足之处提出了解决方案。 Since the medical knowledge is continuously developing, teachers should train the ability of medical students to find prob- lems and solve them. Self-study and extended study beyond textbooks are two main kinds of the ability. Hypoxia and shock are two im- portant basic pathological processes of the pathophysiology,in which only hypoxic hypoxia and hemorrhagic shock have been discussed a lot, while other types of hypoxia or shock are worth discussing as well. With hypoxia and shock as the starting points, this paper explored implementation scheme of self-study and extended study in pathophysiology teaching. It also discussed the advantages of the didactics, and further proposed solutions for the shortcomings.
